Margaret R. Cooper, an attorney member.  She is a graduate of Colorado State University and Widener University School of Law. Ms. Cooper was featured as one of Delaware’s Top Lawyers in the August, 2006 edition of Delaware Today.  Ms. Cooper served as a judicial law clerk in the Kent County Family Court. Ms. Cooper is employed by the Department of Justice in Georgetown, Delaware. Ms. Cooper was appointed to the Board as a Trustee on January 17, 2011.  Ms. Cooper’s first term as a Trustee will expire on January 18, 2015.
