The Honorable Katharine L. Mayer, Commissioner
The Honorable Katharine L. Mayer became a Commissioner of the Superior Court on July 11, 2016.
Commissioner Mayer graduated from the University of Delaware and received her law degree from Widener University School of Law, cum laude in 1998.
Prior to her appointment she worked as a litigation partner with McCarter & English where she handled debtor-creditor bankruptcy and restructuring work, along with product liability defense.
Commissioner Mayer's present term ends July 11, 2020.
