Charges for matters not covered by Court of Chancery Rule 3 shall be fixed by Order of the Court. Any charge herein may be increased or decreased by the Court for good cause.
Civil Fees (Civil Rules of Procedure: Rule 77(h).) All filing fees shall be nonrefundable and shall cover costs, except Sheriff 's service, which shall be paid separately by the moving party to the Sheriff.
