LLWJC Food and Beverage Facility Policy

Section I: General Policy

The public may bring food and beverages in non-glassed enclosed containers into the courthouse for consumption in the cafeteria only.

  1. No food or beverages may be consumed in any public area within the courthouse other than the cafeteria.
  2. Glass containers brought in by staff should be securely discarded in staff accessible areas only.
  3. No beverages in glass containers may be sold in the cafeteria or vending machines.

Section II: Open Containers

  1. The public is prohibited from bringing any beverage in an “open” container and/or “unsealed” plastic bottle containing consumable beverages.
This policy replaces all previous policies related to Food and Drink in the LLWJC, effective January 18, 2006.
