E-Filing FAQs

Thank you for your interest in e-Filing. Please find below information regarding e-filing.

What is E-Filing?

E-Filing allows you to file and view civil case information and documents online from the convenience of your home or office at any time. You can initiate several types of cases through the e-filing system and e-file follow-up filings on those case types.

How will I pay for my E-Filings?

Payments can be made with a credit card used at the time of the filing on File & Serve Delaware or by pre-approved monthly invoice.

How do I begin E-Filing?

You must first be registered with File & Serve Delaware, which you can do online at http://www.fileandservedelaware.com. Training materials can be found on the File & Serve Delaware microsite. Once registered, simply choose the Court and location you want to file in when you file a case.

Who do I contact for assistance?

For questions or concerns, please contact File & Serve Delaware Support or call File & Serve Delaware's 24/7 helpdesk at 888-529-7587.
