Due to weather conditions, Justice of the Peace Court 3 (Georgetown) will close at 8:00 PM on Monday, 2/23/2026.

All Kent and Sussex County Court facilities will remain closed on Tuesday, 2/24/2026. All New Castle County Courts will operate as normal. Justice of the Peace Court 7 (Dover) and Justice of the Peace Court 3 (Georgetown) will open at 8:00 A.M. and resume normal business hours from there.
