Introduces the Judicial Branch Transition Floating Holiday Policy which shall become effective July 1, 2010 and sunset on December 31, 2010, at which time the Judicial Branch Floating Holiday Policy shall become effective January 1, 2011 and remain in effect until revised or rescinded.
